Erika Laurion

Founder, Health-Chef, MS, CNS, CDN

Erika holds a Masters from the Institute of Human Nutrition at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. She is certified by the Board for Nutrition Specialists and licensed by the New York State Education Department. She has traveled extensively and specialises in curating menus to reflect local resources and healthy options.
Tim Freccia

Founder, Photographer, Film maker, Creative Director

Tim is an award-winning photographer, film maker and co-founder of several full service advertising agencies, servicing startups and large multinationals. He has extensive travel experience and was raised in an environment steeped in the design ethic of the hospitality industry.

We partner with our clients to understand their individual needs. We elevate the value of their brands through a combination of thoughtfully crafted, engaging culinary and  media assets.
